CHILDREN’S MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

CRC is currently recruiting a full-time Children’s Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health assessments, individual/family counseling and crisis intervention for youth in the Outpatient Program.  Services may be provided through telehealth based on client preference.

Successful applicant will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline.  Must also possess Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist license through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board or Psychologist license through the Ohio Board of Psychology.  Preference to applicants with clinical training/experience with children, youth and families.

MOBILE RESPONSE STABILIZATION SERVICE PROVIDER

$500 SIGN ON BONUS!!

The Children’s Resource Center is recruiting a full-time MRSS provider. Our Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) is a program designed to prevent hospitalizations and out of home placements for youth when they or their families are experiencing a mental health crisis. Services are provided in the community, including in the home or school settings and include an initial crisis intervention and can also include follow-up stabilization services in the weeks that follow the initial crisis intervention.  As part of the MRSS team, you will work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and supportive environment.

This position includes specialized training in crisis intervention and the MRSS model, supervision and consultation. 

Must have passion and commitment to working with youth and families in the community, and an Ohio license in social work, counseling or MFT.  Bachelor’s degree with a license required; Master’s degree with license preferred. Additionally, this position requires reliable transportation, as this role requires travel on a daily basis (mileage reimbursement is provided).

OUTPATIENT PROGRAM MANAGER

The Children’s Resource Center is recruiting for an energetic and passionate Program Manager to assist in programmatic/administrative oversight, growth, development and clinical supervision of the Outpatient program team. The Outpatient Program Manager also provides administrative oversight of CRC’s Pharmacologic Management Service, acting as a liaison with the Psychiatrists and APRN’s and providing administrative guidance to the nursing staff.

CRC’s Program Managers serve on the agency’s Leadership Team, using a mission focused lens to help guide the agency in decisions such as programming, administration and community outreach through a mission-focused lens.  Program Managers also have the opportunity to provide direct clinical services including assessments, individual/family counseling and case management.  

The successful applicant for this position will possess:  

  • Experience and passion for working with children/adolescents and families 
  • Master’s degree in social work or mental health related field, doctoral degree in psychology, school psychology, or a doctoral degree deemed equivalent by the psychology board;

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST

Available position working third shift in a short-term residential treatment setting. Hours include weekends and holidays. Bachelor’s degree or appropriate experience in human services, education, or related field required. Knowledge of trauma theory and interventions preferred.  Experience with youth very important.  Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.  Must be able to pass background checks including BCI/FBI and drug testing.

The Children’s Resource Center is recruiting a full-time provider in the Day Treatment Program.  This position will facilitate groups in school-based and agency-based outpatient settings.  They will also work individually with the youth who are enrolled in the Day Treatment Program.

ON-CALL RN/LPN

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGER

The Children’s Resource Center is recruiting for Residential Treatment Services Program Manager.  The Program Manager has the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of youth while they are not able to maintain their typical residency.  The Program Manager also has the opportunity to engage direct care staff in behavioral health services in the milieu treatment setting, often as their first experience in the field, and to encourage their interest and skills in pursuing behavioral health as a career.  The Residential Treatment Services Program Manager works under the direction of the Clinical Director. 

The Residential Treatment Services Program Manager is responsible for milieu program development and implementation, and maintains full oversight of the Residential Treatment Services, including staff selection as well as staff development/training.  The Program Manager will facilitate all program admissions and discharges, or work with the appropriate clinical staff including but not limited to the Residential Services Therapist to accomplish Residential admissions and discharges.
