About Our Services
CRC provides caring, competent and comprehensive mental health services for children, families and young adults up to age 24.
Requesting Services
When you request services, our experienced Intake Coordinator will start to gather information about your family’s needs. This conversation gives us a general idea of your concerns and typically leads to an appointment for a Mental Health Assessment (MHA).
The MHA allows us to learn more about the nature of your child’s needs and helps us to determine the appropriate treatment services to recommend. A highly qualified clinician will complete a family interview, administer questionnaires about child and family functioning, and discuss treatment options that will best meet your child’s needs.
Payment and Coverage
All services provided by CRC (excluding Prevention Services) are billed through the client’s insurance. CRC accepts Medicaid and most health insurance plans. For remaining portions of the client’s bill, funding through the Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board Levy allows us to offer services to Wood County residents under a generous sliding fee scale based on income and household size. Proof of income documentation must be provided to qualify.
