CRC Welcomes New Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are thrilled to introduce Sara Wilbur, MSN, PMHNP-BC, as our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner! Sara will play a key role in the development and expansion of our Crisis Stabilization Services, as part of a $90 million ARPA Investment in Ohio’s Crisis Continuum through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. This pivotal project, in partnership with the Wood County Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health services Board, will expand our current crisis stabilization residential service from eight beds to sixteen beds as well as allow for the creation of three 23-hour crisis observation rooms, and a youth psychiatric urgent care. Sara will oversee all psychiatric assessments/follow-ups, medication administration/consultation, and interventions as needed.

Sara attended Walden University where she obtained her Master’s of Science of Nursing (PMHNP-BC). After work, she embraces the farm life where she tends to her dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, chickens, horses, and any other furry friends that come her way! In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book and watching her kids race go-karts professionally. Welcome, Sara!
